Cons: Reliability can be improved

Overall Experience: The features are excellent and easy to change and update. I was given two numbers and cannot control the number preference for sending texts to customers.

Overall Experience: I could customize my caller ID for outbound calls. However, filtering, searching, or sorting new incoming messages and voicemails is difficult.

Overall Experience: We can check the last email, text and view tips for our conversation. The process for removing licenses is complicated, and we were charged for unused licenses.

Overall Experience: Transferring calls is easy. The Hubspot integration should update the names in Dialpad for the contact centre.

Cons: The process of removing the license is difficult

There is no option to filter or sort text messages. The internal contact directory is helpful, but we cannot manage bulk editing.

Cons: It is a bit expensive

Overall Experience:

The ability to make and receive calls over cellular and WiFi is good. There are no alerts for missed calls or voicemails unless we check the App.
