Overall Experience: The softphones and the app make it suitable to work from anywhere. I don't have to give up my personal cell to make work calls when not at my desk. But I want to block spam users from my call history log.

Overall Experience: We like all the integrated features (fax, voicemail to email, texting). But having the ability to see when someone is on the phone would be great. It doesn't show if someone's on another device.

Overall Experience: If we miss any calls, the voicemail messages will appear immediately. The setup wizard can be improved. It is reliable but calls sometimes experience audio dropouts and technical glitches, disrupting meetings and conferences.
