    Pros: Unlimited calling in Canada and the United States of America

    Cons: Live customer support can be better.

    Overall Experience: We use Nextiva in our organization, which has 120 staff members. It is user-friendly. The app for the cell phone has some problems. At the beginning of the call, there is an echo & the calls drop frequently.

    Pros: Voicemail to Email notifications

    Cons: Starting plans are pricier

    Overall Experience: The implementation person helped me set up the desktop app. But we got spam calls on our Nextiva number.

    Glad I made the switch to Nextiva.

    Pros: Affordable solutions.

    Cons: No issues till now.

    Overall Experience:

    The interface is so easy to navigate, and it integrates voice, video and messaging on a single platform, which is perfect for my needs. Plus it's affordable compared to the other options I was looking at and I can't imagine going back now that it's been helping me so much with my business.
