Pros: Unlimited calling in Canada and the United States of America

Cons: Live customer support can be better.

Overall Experience: We use Nextiva in our organization, which has 120 staff members. It is user-friendly. The app for the cell phone has some problems. At the beginning of the call, there is an echo & the calls drop frequently.

Glad I made the switch to Nextiva.

The interface is so easy to navigate, and it integrates voice, video and messaging on a single platform, which is perfect for my needs. Plus it's affordable compared to the other options I was looking at and I can't imagine going back now that it's been helping me so much with my business.

Overall Experience:

Nextiva has been a lifesaver when it comes to making inbound calls. I have been using Nextiva for over a year now and I can't imagine how I would be able to make so many calls without it. It's so simple - all you need to do is set up an account, install the software on your computer, phone or tablet and you're ready to go!

Pros: Nice call quality.

Overall Experience: I have been using Nextiva for a few years now and I have to say, it does not get any better than this. I started with their video and messaging services to communicate with my team members on the go. It's really been a lifesaver! But then, I found out about their new Wi-Fi calling option that allows me to make calls without using my data - it's just as reliable as regular calling.

I used to be with another VOIP company and I had absolutely no idea how much I was missing out on. Nextiva's customer service is the best I have ever experienced! They are always available and willing to help you out with anything. The product itself is great too, it's easy to use, has a good price point, and we've never had a call drop or trouble accessing it.
